Weapons: Hidden blade (left hand), her nails (she uses them as claws, they stick out of her gloves), the rapier, bow with a bayonet attached to the bottom, and her arrows that have poisoned tips.

Bio: As a little girl she lost her parents to a Templar attack. She was walking home from the market when she saw two people dressed in white running towards her house with a small army of Templar guards treading behind them. She got worried of her parents and ran home as she came up to her house she saw the Templars exiting their way out of her house, scared and worried she went inside and what to her surprised the two people dressed in white on her floor murdered. She started crying wondering if it was who she thought it was, she dropped her food, slowly walking to their bodies she lowered their hoods. Alfaira then back away crying like there was no tomorrow seeing that in fact it was her beloved parents.

At the age of seven she wondered the streets looking for food, water and a place to call home. But one day she went to a merchant who violently beat her like she was some kind of animal, later on that faithful day with her broken arm and barely having an consciousness she then collapsed on the ground barely breathing a man dressed in the same uniform as her except black took her in. For the remaining she woke up to the man bandaging up her wounds, scared she jerked away causing her scream in pain. The man later on said his name was Au Mulim. She then learned from him that her parents were trained assassin's doing a mission that ended up with their lives being slain.

In tears of rage and sadness she pledged her alliance to Au Mulim and asked if she could be his apprentice for the time being. He was a bit skeptical because he already had an apprentice named Altair. She gave her word that she'll hide her feminine looks from the rest of the assassins here, he then nodded his head agreeing that she could be his apprentice. For eighteen years she trained with the other assassins learning how to master the art of the blade. During the time being she and altair became acquainted with her but not friends. He knew her as Ali. She responded to Ali for remainder of her time, until one day her and altair had the same mission together but altair wanted to do his way as did "Ali."

After they got their feather they went to do their mission going a separated pathways thinking they would each get their share. When they got there they saw they had to kill off a thief, When Ali went to make the first move the thief knew he had assassins after him so he quickly saw her grabbing ahold of her arm. Altair watched giving a slight chuckle but then saw something different bout Ali. When the thief removed her mask and hood he saw that Ali was a woman, to his surprised his body went against his will and helped alfaira out. Later on after she put her hood back up and mask back on they returned to the bureau she waited in the other room while him and Malik talked for awhile. Malik later explained why she was hiding her looks to altair and bout her situation. Altair understood and left Malik. He walked up to alfaira looking at her and removing her mask once more. Later on that night they both became friends looking out for each until the day altair met Maria then he lost contact with his beloved friend for two decades.
